Joe has over 30 years of experience supervising and managing the construction for road, bridge, and culvert projects. Prior to joining RIC, Joe served as the Construction Projects Manager for Johnson County Public Works where he managed the construction of over 125 road and bridge projects valued from $100,000 to $6 million.
When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys taking road trips to explore the outdoors. He likes to go hiking and fishing in Colorado and is planning on visiting the Caribbean later this year.
