Todd is a RIC Survey Manager for all construction staking personnel from our in-house construction staking department. Todd has experience managing a variety of projects ranging from basic residential boundary surveys to large commercial ALTA surveys, to also include large scale construction staking. He and his team have performed surveys and staking on Kansas City’s Metro most large and high profile projects ranging from being personally responsible for every pier in the Nascar Grandstands to Tiffany Greens Golf Course, to most recently the Facebook data center and Sporting Kansas City’s sports complex. Todd continuously strives to find new and inventive ways to accomplish the staking and surveying needed at today’s pace.
In his free time, Todd has two daughters in college he is very proud of. He loves playing golf. He also enjoys cheering on the Kansas Chiefs and the Kansas City Royals. When he needs a vacation, he likes to visit the farm in Iowa that he and his brother own for some relaxation.
