Douglas (Doug) is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) and Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) with over 32 years of experience in land surveying, including 24 years in project and department leadership roles. His background includes supporting renewable energy, infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects across North America. Doug has managed large-scale surveying operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and practical problem-solving. He values clear communication, strong team development, and maintaining high standards for quality and compliance.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, who keep them busy with their academic and athletic pursuits.
