Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting (RIC) provided civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction-phase services for the Luxe Residences at Vista Village, a residential development consisting of 26 duplex units and a clubhouse. RIC prepared individual plot plans for the duplex buildings to support City permitting, addressing building placement, finished-floor and garage elevations, driveway access, and other site-specific requirements. RIC also provided landscape design services for the individual residences and the overall development.
Additional services included surveying and site-development support, including as-built documentation of existing streets, storm sewer, utilities, and grading. RIC also provided third-party observation/inspection of site improvements designed by others to help document construction conformance.
For Lot 9, RIC’s services expanded to include a topographic survey, preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and erosion-control plans, and a grading plan to stabilize previously disturbed portions of the approximately 1.14-acre site. RIC also assisted with coordination and required submittals to the City and KDHE.
