Lenexa Logistics Center

The project proposed to add a ~46,500 square foot industrial building on Lot 1 of the Lenexa Logistics Center East, Fourth property and will be a mix of both office space and warehousing. The project includes design of the parking and drives, site utilities, erosion control, and stormwater management. RIC’s scope included survey, civil engineering and landscape architecture.
