The Creekmoor subdivision located in Raymore, MO is designed around Lake Creekmoor, a 108 acre private fishing and boating lake, and the Creekmoor 18-hole Championship Golf Course. Creekmoor sits on nearly 1,000 acres with close to 1,159 single family homes and patio homes and over 150-two family residences.
RIC’s scope of work included street and storm sewer design, sanitary sewer, water detention and water quality reports, retaining wall design, and multi-cell reinforce concrete box culverts design. RIC is also working with a subconsultant for street lighting in the subdivision. Our team took the client through the entitlement process.
